Via ferrata Himmel & Henne

Access to the “Himmel & Henne” via ferrata from the Lärchfilzkogel top station:

From the Lärchfilzkogel top station, trail no. 711 leads in the direction of Wildalmen and then downhill to the Grießenbodenalm. From there, follow trail no. 18 uphill to the start of the “Himmel & Henne” via ferrata. The walk to the start takes around 1.5 hours.

The via ferrata itself is easy (difficulty level A) and is also suitable for children. Experienced climbers will find additional challenges along the path to the hen: with the “Geduldiger” (B), the ‘Rassiger’ (C) and the “Zachen” (D), there is something for everyone.
A fantastic panoramic view makes the tour a special experience.

Character: steep wall steps with long, easy ridge passages

Tip: Our two via ferratas Marokka and "Heaven and hen" can also be combined!
If you are in the mood for even more via ferrata, you can join the route to the via ferrata "Himmel und Henne" (difficulty level A). From the summit of Marokka, head towards the Henne, then branch off on the half-way point to the east following path-no. 22 (Gamssteig). At the end of the path, follow the sign no. 18 in the direction of the mountain station Reckmoos Nord. There is the entry of the via ferrata "Himmel und Henne" No. 19.
