Via ferrata Marokka

On this wonderfully sporty via ferrata, you climb up to the beautiful summit of the Marokka, perfectly secured.

Starting from the Lärchfilzkogel top station, you can reach the via ferrata via the following routes:

Path No. 711 to the Wildalmen and on towards Wildseeloderhaus. Shortly below the Wildseeloderhaus, trail no. 21 leads eastwards to the start of the via ferrata at the foot of the Marokka (walking time to this point approx. 1 hour). This tour with alpine character offers everything a via ferrata lover could wish for: exciting, interesting routes, exposed views into the depths, challenging passages, a swinging rope bridge and, last but not least, a beautiful summit!

Tip: Our two via ferratas Marokka and "Heaven and hen" can also be combined!
If you are in the mood for even more via ferrata, you can join the route to the via ferrata "Himmel und Henne" (difficulty level A). From the summit of Marokka, head towards the Henne, then branch off on the half-way point to the east following path-no. 22 (Gamssteig). At the end of the path, follow the sign no. 18 in the direction of the mountain station Reckmoos Nord. There is the entry of the via ferrata "Himmel und Henne" No. 19.
